We are just past the midpoint of summer up in the Northern Hemisphere. Here in Key West, the weather is at the height of the heat index and humidity levels leading to slower days and sultry summer nights.   Hopefully you gathered some useful ideas from our last post on how to beat the summer heat through hydration and nutrition.
