Return/Exchange Policy

Don’t love your purchase? We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be accompanied by the packing slip or order invoice and must be returned in original condition. Items must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Beauty and Cafe products can only be returned if unopened and unused.

Steps for Your Return

  1. Initiate Your Return: Log into your account and submit a return request. 

  2. Ship or Return Items to our Key West West Boutique:

    1. To Ship Your Return: Items can be shipped back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method, at your own expense. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

    2. To Return to Our Key West Boutique: Items can be returned in person at our Duval Street location at the address below. Please note: we are a small team with limited staff so unfortunately returns will be accepted and confirmed upon arrival but are NOT processed immediately.

  3. Processing: All returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow ten (10) days for your return to be processed starting the day of receipt of your return.

  4. Your Credit: Once processing is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your return and credit details. Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
